"Gynaecology Appointment Cancelled Again. Now..."

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

I attended a Gynaecology appointment on 21 April 2017, to be told a letter was sent cancelling appt. However I did get two letters advising of appointment. Phoned secretary today to find that not only was that appointment cancelled, whoever cancelled it (person unknown) but they also marked my file as "No Rebook"!!!!!

My care at this hospital goes from worse to worse. Now I have to phone PALS.......

Hope the special measures personnel are reading this.
