What could be improved

Staff to patient communication!!

The staff here do not keep you informed in the slightest about your treatments!

I was told I would not require surgery, and in front of my face had my surgical procedure discussed by two members of staff.

Administration of medications without consent! After refusal of morphine as a painkiller due to religious beliefs, morphine was administered into a drip.

I am in the process of taking legal action!

Not only this but the entire place was filthy and bins were not emptied!
