About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

We were admitted Friday evening to the Acorn ward, my daughter had acute abdominal pain with nausea - suspected appendicitis. The staff were excellent in making us comfortable and kept us well informed. Saturday she went for a diagnostic laparoscopy after ultrasound and again the surgical team were fantastic and kept my daughter well informed and put her mind at rest.

The gynaecology team and Paediatric doctors who dealt with us were clear & thorough and the nursing team on Oak and Acorn for the 2 days we were in hospital were exceptional.

Every single member of staff were wonderful, dedicated people with lovely smiley faces and did over and above to help my daughter get better. I can't thank the NHS enough and especially Musgrove Park Hospital's team.
