About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske)

(as a relative),

I feel very annoyed as we (my sister and I) were not given all his things, wallet missing. Have rang several times, answer was wait till Monday. Obviously weekend is not the time to die there.

We live in Dorset and with our commitments we cannot stay there till Monday.

Not a lot of sympathy either.

Very disappointed and upset.
