"Great care and amazing staff"

Visited the accident and emergency department in Sunderland after suffering from severe head pain for days. Initial waiting room was a little small and stuffy but didn't mind as we weren't in there long. Taken through where the nurse gave a thorough examination and then had to sit in the second waiting room to be seen. After around 45 minutes I was seen by a fantastic nurse who examined further and made sure I was comfortable. I was sent for a ct scan where the staff were pleasant (with it being a Saturday night that must be hard) the had a short wait to find out the results. I was then seen again by the nurse who gave me all the appropriate advice and care.

Overall my experience was incredibly pleasant and the staff were amazing especially the nurse who was a delight!
