"Maternity Care"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Maternity

My daughter was recently admitted for a planned induction.The whole procedure turned out to be traumatic for her but was made so much better by the care and compassion she received from the midwives on Fern ,Willow and especially the Labour Ward.To have the continuity of familiar faces was so reassuring.The staff were professional at all times even when working under extreme pressure overnight.Thank you so much for delivering my beautiful granddaughter safely.

A thank you also to the staff in M & S (who we saw frequently over 4 days!!) for their kindness and concern.

Congratulations MPH on providing excellent maternity care

Thank you so much for your feedback. I completely understand how stressful the time around having a baby is, particularly if induction of labour is involved. I am so pleased that the staff caring for your daughter helped her through this and that your grand daughter arrived safely. We do try and achieve continuity of carer for women so it is lovely to hear when this works well.
