"Just to say thank you"

I had a problem with my left eye, I think something had entered my eye when gardening.

I came to Clevedon Hospital and was seen by one of the nurse practitioners I just

would like to say a big thank you to them for the kind way they treated me.

They identified the problem and the antibiotic eye cream prescribed seems to be working.

Also I found your receptionist very efficient so thank you as well.
