What I liked

mental health: lea ward the staff were very unprofessional and extremely rude, they haven't been treating my brother very well he has been there for 6months and he is gradually getting worse day by day i would not recommend anyone going there - they treat you like you don`t exist, very poor service and communication.

What could be improved

the staff should be improved and undergo how patients and visitors should be treated and actually try to help the patients to become better and communicate and treat them with respect.

Anything else?

i believed and trusted my brother in care with these people and he has become even worse, they're unprofessional and its not the right place for your loved one`s to be treated.
