What I liked

I would like to thank the Birthing Centre for providing an excellent service for the recent birth of my daughter. From the moment my wife and I arrived to the moment we left we received nothing but wonderful care and attention. ALL of the staff we dealt with were caring, considerate, attentive, informative, relaxing, extremely competent and professional.

During such difficult times for the staff working for the NHS, it is wonderful to meet people striving to, and succeeding in, providing an excellent service.

After previously spending some time at the RUH, the Chippenham Birthing Centre seemed like a sea of tranquillity in comparison. The relaxed atmosphere created by the staff meant that we never got anxious over any aspect of the birth.

Many, many heartfelt thanks go to all the staff.
