"The staff could not do enough for you"

I fell and broke my hip while on holiday in Crieff and landed in A&E Perth Royal Infirmary. The staff were wonderful as they realised my husband had a short term memory loss, phoned my son, to put him at ease. Also offered to get a B&B as he insisting on staying. Got him tea when I was away for X-ray and someone watched him.

When moved to ward 7 the staff were the same fantastic my son came to take his dad home. I got operated on Monday and moved to ward 8 and staff the same. The staff were encouraging from cleaners helpers and nursing staff who all deserves medals. The staff spent time talking to patients, and could not do enough for you. The food was okay as well better than another hospital. I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone.

I would say there is nothing you could do to improve.
