It’s fantastic to hear your positive feedback on our minor injuries unit and we’ll certainly pass these on to the staff involved.

We’re currently going through the annual process of developing business plans for all of our services for discussion with those that fund local NHS services. Our priority is to provide services that are easily accessible to local people so it’s helpful to receive feedback from patients about how this could be improved including extending opening hours at the minor injuries unit.
