"useless"

Had blood taken on the 3/4/2017 today 19/4/2017 still no results sent to my gp. Contacted mch had a couldn't careless response, contacted the medway maritime hospital, person in blood lab told me, if you're gp hasn't received the results by now the tests haven't been done, so my blood must have been tipped down the sink, form for 8 tests in the bin, thank you for NOTHING!

We were sorry to learn of the difficulties you have experienced with our phlebotomy service. We would like to reassure you that all blood that is taken by MCH is transported to Medway Hospital pathology unit to be analysed and then the results are sent on to your GP.
