What I liked

Some staff are great,whereas some are just there because its a job.You soon find out the good ones.

What could be improved

The food is mostly terrible.If you like cheese you are fine.Cheesy jacket spuds for dinner every day with coleslaw or cheesy beans,alternately a sandwich withhh yep,cheese(sometimes there are non cheese but only one or two and if you are at the front of the queue you are fine,tough if youre at the back.Despite complaints by filling out complaint cards nothing ever changes.One time they had run out of beef,well,they call reconsituted beef burgers Steak with this is mash and veg.They call for more but there is none,however,they rustle up some sausages which to be fair would be nice with some mash and gravy,wrong! Sausages appear 40minutes later and they have thrown the mash and gravy.This is just typical of the food service at Hollins Park.

Anything else?

Conflicts of intrest between staff and consultants.For instance i read to take my mind of my problems,the consultant says this okay but some nursing staff tell me its not okay,you should be more interactive with the paitents,yes,like i want to get involved with their problems,i have enough with my own.
