What I liked

We were concerned when my mother in law was transferred to Lings Bar after a distressing experience at QMC. We need not have worried. The staff were wonderful and treated her with such care, nothing was too much trouble. She was treated with kindness and respect right to the end. As visitors we were made welcome: there was always someone available to up-date us on her progress and answer any questions we might have. When she was well enough we were able to take her out into the delightful gardens, a welcome break for her. I wish all NHS hospitals could achieve this standard. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff.
