"Exemplary care"

The level of care I received during my recent investigations and hospital stay has been superb. To have had a flexible cystoscopy within 48 hours of my GP referral followed by U/S, MRI and CT all within two weeks is astounding. At every point, the staff were kind and took great care to explain what was happening. The staff on F5 were exceptional in their care and professionalism from the receptionist to the consultant and the Specialist Registrar who performed my surgery. The nurses were a brilliant credit to their profession and showed great kindness. I am very grateful to them all.
