What I liked

X-ray department very busy but my partner was treated very quickly and sent off to A&E where the service levels were poor. Was some confusion and eventually seen by a orthopaedic doctor and his leg was plastered. The whole process took around 3-4 hours which was too long.

What could be improved

Less waiting time in A&E.

Anything else?

I have tried to call the Urology dept several times on 0208 846 1647 to cancel and reschedule an appointment for next Monday for my partner because of his broken knee cap as I have an appointment at the Eye clinic same day. But get an answering machine saying leave hospital number and phone number and they will call back, well they havent and I am still waiting. Can someone sort this out.
