What I liked

I was treated for a minor injury, very quickly, with humour, sympathy and compassion. The staff were all very friendly yet professional. This little cottage hospital is a fantastic facility, we are extremely lucky in Henley to have this. To staff it with such wonderful and efficient people is the icing on the cake.
