What I liked

I was very frightened and in a lot of pain. The nurse in the minor injuries dept recognised this and help my gaze throughout the examination of me - and explained everything. I felt they were on my side and totally trustworthy - so I could do what they asked.

What could be improved

The doctor was less able to engage with me - in fact the doctor didn't look at me - but spoke to the x ray
