"Very Caring"

About: Queen's Hospital / Older people's healthcare

My Elderly Mother was brought into the hospital by ambulance. she was in a very bad condition and was seen instantly by the medical team. They took wonderful care of her and kept the family informed every step of the way as to what was going on. She was later moved into an ERU Bay where she was looked after with great care. She passed later that night with the family around her, the staff were all great and very kind right to the end.

"Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, I am very pleased to hear that the care provided to your mother by the team was of the level expected from our staff. I will ensure your feedback gets passed into them so that they are aware of your kind words. Once again thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your experience.

Kind regards
