"Went above and beyond to ensure that I felt happy"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

(as a service user),

I had my little lady on the 25th march 2017 and felt the care was amazing. All staff were helpful, supportive and always pleasent and polite. My midwife who delivered my baby followed my birthing plan and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt happy, in control and to ensure I felt safe. Once I had my baby, again staff on the ward ensured I recieved a high quality of care and support. I could not fault them! Thank you so much for ensuring the safe arrival and high quality of care I recieved whilst staying at Cramlington, I will and continue to sing the praises of the staff and care I recieved whilst staying at NHEC in the delivery suite and on ward 16.

Dear Domono50,

Huge congratulations on the arrival of your precious baby girl - we're delighted that everything went to plan and that you felt safe, confident, well cared for, and in control through out. I'm not sure we can't hope for better feedback than this can we?

I will make sure our busy teams have the chance to read your review, they'll be really chuffed to hear that they got everything just right for you.

Make the most of these early days with your wee one and do let us know if there's anything you need to help you with that?

Don't forget to take equally good care of Mum - it is incredibly thoughtful of you to find the time to share this when I imagine your hands are more than full!

with all best wishes,

Annie
