About: Weston Park Hospital

My husband has recently been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and has to attend Weston Park for chemotherapy for the next 6 months. We have had three appts so far and every one there has been a delay of between one and a half to a 2hour wait before being seen, I think this is totally unacceptable as people with cancer should not be expected to wait that long before their treatment starts. When my husband gets home he is absolutely exhausted and he has 6 months of this! I am not criticising the nursing and medical staff as they are all very polite and helpful.
