"The receptionist and triage nurse ..."

About: Western Eye Hospital

What I liked

The receptionist and triage nurse were both extremely welcoming, courteous and helpful.

It seemed that people were seen to promptly.

What could be improved

The waiting area seemed very small and crowded. One or two people were forced to stand. (I was there on a Tuesday, mid-day.)

I found the doctor who eventually examined my eyes to be brusque and impatient, which surprised me. Not just because everyone else had been so helpful, but because the waiting area was now nearly empty, so presumbably the pressure was off.
