"3 months since getting fitted for my insoles"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I've already had 2 appointments here, I received a letter to collect my insoles, I received the letter very early march with a date for April, but I was going to be away, so I rang to rearrange (no number on the letter so had to google) got a new day for  April, so took the day off work, took my wife to work so I had the car, drove the 45 mins to Kirkby, to be told my appointments was with the wrong person and they couldn't give me my insoles!

So I've now got another date May! Thats over 3 months since getting fitted for my insoles,

Such a waste of my time, I'm so annoyed
