About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Blood vessel problems ( Vascular Ward 11a &11d)

(as the patient),

I want to thank every staff member at the hospital for all the care I have received, from the initial appointment at Mr Vasseys vascular clinic and my diagnosis to my quick admission which was well within the planned time, and for the caring and empathic staff at the time of the procedure in the Interventional Radiology Suite who knew how anxious I was. The staff have all been exceptionally attentive, Caring and just simply marvellous I would like to thank all staff in ward 9 who made my time there very pleasant, the ward is clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff and the food was prepared and delivered to me in a lovely way, thank you all so much

Thank you for taking the time to post on Patient Opinion. It is lovely to read about the level of care you received at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, especially as you were anxious. It is important to us that we try to do everything we can to ease that anxiety for our patients to allow them to feel safe in our care.
