What I liked

I was treated for my ankle and wrist joint pain at the physiotherapy department of the hospital. I got a very careful and detailed assesment of my condition by the physiotherapist and then various excercises were suggested. The effect was really great as i recovered completely following this treatment. I found all the staff and in particular my physiotherapist helpful and attentive.

What could be improved

Getting an appointment was too arduous and lengthy, most of the staff answering the phone queries are helpful, but few of them need to be trained for helping out the callers in a more polite way.
