"Treated rudely by receptionists"

About: North Middlesex Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

Ive had multiple appointments at North middlesex antinatal as I have a low platelet count. Results were from decemeber 2016 blood test but north middlesex only saw this in APRIL 2017 while I was 25 weeks... I've had multiple appointments, and that meant waiting for hours on end and also having to communicate with rude receptionists. Every single time I've had an appointment I've been spoken to with attitude and rudeness.

Recently my blood platelets were 104, doctor told me to come back again following week for re test and to wait for results on the day, to see if platelets count is stable and or if I need medication... I went back gave blood, asked receptionist what I needed to do next, she told me to go home. Even though I told her to read my maternity notes and check my files on the computer she said there is nothing she can do and come back another day.

I chose this hospital as I was born at north mid even though I live in barking. Biggest mistake.
