i was admitted by ambulance as fractured my ankle in two places and needed an op.
The staff in A and E were excellent .. telling me the situation and necessary op etc.
I had my leg plastered and went to Dixton Ward.. throughout my stay all the doctors, nurses, catering staff, carers, domestics, porters ... .. were just wonderful.
I was lucky enough to be able to have my op the following day and everyone was very professional, attentive and kind.
I would lije to thsnk the catering staff also as the food options being vegan were very good.
The room was kept spotless throughout my stay ... physio and OT were professional and helpful as living on my own i needed extra resources which theyvarranged, and was discharged today.
We are so lucky in this county to have such dedicated wonderful nhs staff and facilities.. i just wish you were paid according to your worth... once again please give my thanks to everyone involved on Dixton Ward .. i was given meds and a follow up visit on exit also .. thank you Cheltenham Gen and especially all involved on Dixton WArd
