(as a parent/guardian),

Whilst on holiday we had to visit ED at Raigmore with our daughter. She had sustained a fracture to her foot. We were seen within 20 mins and looked after by one of your ENPs and Trainee advanced paramedics. ENP Roddy looked after her and made her feel at ease within the department and provided professional guidance to the paramedic ( apologies as I have forgotten her name) who was carrying out the assessment.

Please pass on our grateful thanks to the team for their excellence in care and for making the experience not too traumatic for my daughter.

Kind of you to take the time to feed-back. I am sorry to hear about your daughters fracture. Always a worrying and upsetting time but even more so when you are on holiday and not familiar with the services. Our team are well practiced in looking after visitors as well as residents. I hope your daughter is on the mend.
