What could be improved

From start to finnish the system was a let down. How frightenning if I had to stay in there.

What a waste of my tax I would only go privat in future. Non caring staff and incompetent clerical staff. What has happened to care and respect.

Anything else?

I travalled 3 hours for my appointment

only to be told that the \doctor was not there

After numerous emails and telephone calls

I went on my second appointment

nobody could confirm my appointment I

went just hoping it would be ok. It was lucky

that I got the Doctors email to make her aware

of my plight This should never happen to

patients who are worried about their health not alone the bad workings of the Hospital.
