About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Plastic surgery

just a quick thank you to the staff at the minor injuries, plastics outpatients and WARD 39.

I was treated with respect and dignity by all of these departments culminating in same day surgery to a badly infected finger.

the service was professional in both treatment and administration.

the surgical staff on ward 39 put me at ease with conversation and humour which was very pleasant.

this is an excellent example of NHS care at its best.

May we take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to write in and thank the Directorate for the care and treatment you received whilst under the care of the Plastic Surgery Department.

It is always good to get positive feedback from patients when things have gone well. The clinical and administration staff work hard to provide an excellent service, we are sure they will appreciate your praise and we hope to continue providing the same level of care to all of our patients.
