What I liked

Boyfriend was admitted.

Paramedics were excellent, I cant think of 1 more thing they could have done. Plus the ambulance arrived within minutes.

Emergency staff kept me fully informed at all times.

Ward staff were also really good.

Nurses and Doctors were all really friendly, more so on his 1st night.

My boyfriend was given a menu to choose his meals, it has literally every dish you could wish for and covered everyone's preference i.e Vegetarian, Halal, low fat, high fat etc....... Cant see any other country in the world doing that.

I've also had previous experiences of this hospital and have had no reason to complain. Also every time I've been there, there's never really been a big wait, like other hospitals.

The hospital is clean and there are gel sanitise dispensers everywhere asking you to clean your hands when ever you go into a ward etc.... which I though was pretty good.

What could be improved

Cant think of anything they could improve on.

The only member of staff that was rude was the woman who came round to give breakfast and lunches, she was mega aggresive in her tone and clearly not a nice person. Other than that everyone else was great.

Anything else?

I'd happily recommend this hospital.
