"An Excellent Service"

I attended the Surgical Day Case Unit on Friday 7th April 2017. My referral letter had asked that I telephone the Day Case Unit the day before to find out my admission time, but unit contacted me earlier on the 6th.

From the moment I entered to register, I was treated efficiently, courteously and in a friendly manner by all of the staff with whom I came into contact. The actual surgical procedure, to excise a rodent ulcer from my temple, was carried out with high professionalism.

I cannot praise all of the staff involved highly enough for their appreciated dedicated efforts.
