What I liked

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean area. Prompt service and appointments.

What could be improved

I do not understand why the physio department is on the first floor at the back of the building. I don't think this is helpful for people who have lower limb problems. I saw several people struggling with sticks to get from the lift to that department, and the lift is not particularly close. Luckily I wasn't suffering with that myself.

Anything else?

I think my condition should have been treated as serious, much quicker than it was and maybe I wouldn't still be suffering now, almost two years later.
