I was admitted to undergo coronary angiography and was terrified! The staff in the Heart Centre were excellent and everyone was very sweet to me during the procedure.
Back in the Centre of course I had to have a bleed, wouldn't have been me if everything had gone smoothly and they quickly stopped it and reassured me.
It was decided that I had to stay in overnight due to living alone and being a bit creaky so off I went to Beech ward and everyone there was lovely too. I had a lovely meal before I literally stumbled into bed and slept and slept!
Before I was discharged I saw the cleaning staff come round and also nurses to wash anyone who could not get out of bed. They were all so lovely and the ward was really clean.
Every member of staff I encountered was really nice and supportive to me, and helped me and answered any questions I had. Nobody likes to be in hospital but I have to say my stay was very pleasant.
