"My 86 year old father had to attend ..."

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

What I liked

My 86 year old father had to attend for a morning of tests prior to probable vascular surgery. We were sent a timetable for the tests beforehand & transport was arranged as my father could not travel by public transport. Everything went exactly as planned; we were collected from home & safely driven to the hospital. From the first appointment to the last, my father was treated impeccably by all staff, who also took the trouble to keep me informed as I waited. The timing was perfect - we went from one dept to another exactly on time & ended up being seen 45 minutes early for the final test.

Transport home was then arranged with just a short wait.

What could be improved

Nothing on this occasion.

Thank you for your comments. We are really pleased to hear that both you and your father were treated well and that you had a good experience.
