"The best treatment I have ever had at a dentist."

I had a chronic gum infection which had been treated at Edinburgh Dental Hospital a few years before but had not cleared. The required procedure was beyond the scope of my local dentist skill. I went to Dundee and had the best treatment I have ever had at a dentist. The  dental surgeon who carried out the work was first class both in thier work on my mouth, explaining the procedures and giving very informed choice of follow-up.

I was treated at Dundee Dental Surgeon stated I would obtain an appointment to replace temporary crowns. It is now four months later and despite telephoning admin at Dundee Dental Hospital re appointments I have not got any follow up appointment.

The crowns involved in the follow up procedure fall out weekly. My dentist suggested I contact Dental Hospital and let them know. Dental Hospital says I should get repairs done by Dentist. I feel very much I am getting run around by reception admin at Dundee Dental Hospital.
