I had my baby by elective c section and I can not thank the midwives who cared for me enough.
The care was fantastic and they were all so friendly and helpful. I felt so welcome and felt they couldn't do enough for me. This is a complete contrast to 2 years ago when I had an induction that ended in an emergency c section, where I fely like I hardly had any help. In my view, midwives always seemed too busy and I actually felt like a burdon, though there was one midwife who was on night shift who was lovely and kept me sane and she was actually looking after me this time too and I think she deserves a medal for being such an amazing midwife.
I was so anxious that I was going to have a similar experience but it was totally different the second time. Last time I would have given 1 star, this time I would actually give more than 5 stars for my recent experience.
