"Admission to A & E on a Saturday Night"

About: Ealing Hospital / Accident and emergency

I accompanied my adult son (who was suffering from severe glandular fever) to A & E last Saturday night.

We expected a long wait given that it was a busy night but he was seen and treated swiftly. At all times my son was treated with respect and dignity. The nurses and medics kept us updated on treatment and procedures and worked well together. Additionally, we were impressed by their calm approach in the face of dealing with some challenging patients.

Thank you to all the staff involved.
