"I was extremely disappointed"

About: New Stobhill Hospital (Glasgow)

(as a relative),

My mother attended the hospital today for an abdominal ultrasound scan. The radiologist who performed this in my view,  did not make any effort to introduce themselves and barely uttered a word throughout the entire clinical encounter. As a doctor myself, I was extremely disappointed with this, despite with the widespread "Hello... My Name Is..." campaign throughout the NHS.
