What I liked
The medical staff were all respectful, polite, efficient and caring, as well as delivering the medical attention I needed for my dislocated shoulder with the utmost professionalism.
I was in a small, cosy ward, which was light and airy, and even had a nice oil painting on the wall. The hospital was spotless, and the shining floors were cleaned 3 times during my short stay. I was given a nutritious lunch, sandwich, fruit, yoghurt and juice, and offered even more food shortly afterwards.
I cannot fault my experience, and am very grateful to the amazing NHS staff who do such a fantastic job day in day out.
What could be improved
My partner commented that the reception staff throughout the hospital, were unfriendly.
Anything else?
Although I chose the option to say that I was involved with decisions about my care only 'some of the time', I was perfectly happy with this and trust the medical professionals to have a better idea about what treatment was required than I do.
"The medical staff were all respectful, ..."
