What I liked
Clean friendly
The next days follow up phone call was from someone who was very helpful. She called me back with important information after speaking to the surgeon, meaning I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for an answer.
What could be improved
A brief meeting aftterwards with the surgeon would have been good as his notes were poor.
The Physiotherapist was unsure if I would need a further larger operation, and told me I would have to wait 6 weeks to see him and find out.
Anything else?
Considering this was efficient, obviously common surgery on a conveyer belt, the staff were very friendly and I felt looked after.
