What I liked
I liked the speed of treatment-appointment 1week after referal every test + x rays all completed in 1 day, op arranged for just over 5 weeks later.Consultant and staff were excellent explaining everything, ensuring I understood info. physio dept gave me crutches to practise with.Op date arranged to suit.
Day of op welcomed and escorted to ward met by most helpful nurses anywhere put at ease immediately. Visited by Consultant & Anethetist and worry re.sickness & back problem resolved.After op could not have had better attention from nurses consultant and physio dept Absolutely excellent care.Everyone ensured that before I left I was fully informed how to proceed.Hospital spotlessly clean and fresh.This hospital should be used as a role model for others to meet the high standards it sets achieves and maintains.
What could be improved
Nothing I could not fault anything

My sincere thanks to everyone involved in my treatment and my knee also feels wonderful now
