Kirsty introduced herself at my initial consultation. She then went on to ask what the problem was and what I was hoping to achieve. I felt involved in the process from the start through to the end of my treatment. I was pleased to be able to get an appointment quickly at a time that suited me, subsequent appointments were also made around my work commitments.
During my initial consultation Kirsty confirmed I had no permanent damage. The exercises she gave me helped with the most recent injury but also an injury that I have had for more than 15 years.
Getting back to my level of fitness and ability to work out in the gym as I had done prior to my injury was what mattered to me. After just a few sessions I was in that position and agreed that no more appointments were required. I felt involved in the decision to end my visits to the clinic and was given ownership of my recovery.
"Given ownership of my recovery"
