"Rheumatology Department."

I was referred to the Rheumatology Department where I was examined by a doctor.

The doctor was very patient and thorough and by fingertip examination and diagnosed my problem.

They assured me that by taking the prescribed medication my health would improve, and by the next day I was beginning to feel much better.

The doctor then arranged for me to have further tests including a biopsy of an artery in my head which confirmed her diagnosis.

Another doctor performed the biopsy with supreme skill and care ably assisted by two nurses in the Oral Surgery department.

I would like to thank everyone at Barnsley hospital for their kindness, care and professionalism during my recent illness and recovery.
