"A&E and UC department"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

I was admitted initially to A&E on 30th March 2017 with spinal injury. Instead of being treated I was forwarded to UC department with waiting time of 3 hours. Waiting room was full of patients, not enough chairs to sit. There was only 2 doctors on site, no manager and rude receptionist.

Worst hospital I've been in London ever. Dirty, unupdated, looking like third world facility.

As a taxpayer I am truly disgusted by UK NHS.
