"Such a kind thoughtful follow up from a doctor"

I went to the doctors on Tuesday morning and was told I have a kidney infection and chest infection. Dr Dodd was exceptionally kind, patient and really considered my symptoms and explored all avenues whilst asking me to be involved in the decisions being taken as to types of medication. This afternoon I received a voicemail from Dr Dodd stating that she had tried to call and would call me back again. As I felt a little apprehensive I decided to call back soon after. I did so and was put through for Dr Dodd who simply wanted to check I was okay, that my breathing had improved and my kidney pain had subsided. Never have I had such a kind thoughtful follow up from a doctor and I wanted to share this extremely positive NHS experience. Thank you Dr Dodd!
