"Waiting times and lack of communication"

Taken my daughter to hull story street walk in centre, first experience and last.

My daughter was clearly ill laid on my lap most of the time I was told 2 hour waiting after I asked that past told another 30 to 40 mins so put last of my money in parking meter and waited over 40 mins so asked again told me one before me. One went in, then another. So I did lose my rag a bit and went mental which I do apologise for.

It annoyed me that a guy came in got told two hours then made an appointment to come back an hour later and got seen before my daughter who had laid there  for 3 hours. If this was the case then why can't the receptionist make all patients aware of this when they come in. They didn't   even give  us a time unless we asked.  I think there needs more communication and a more better way of time management
