I attended Day Surgery Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. There for 0800 hrs in morning until I left at 1800 hrs at night. During this time, every member of staff were courteous, kind and helpful. They made the whole day a relaxing and pleasant experience. They were amazing. I just hope they are made aware of these comments. Fantastic staff all round. Well done.

Dear Sandy 132,

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your recent experience in the day Surgery Unit. The staff will definately be made aware of your comments as I share all the feedback patients take the time to give. It is very motivational for staff and confirms to us all that we are getting things right, especially when you describe them as "amazing" and "fantstic". On a personal note it makes me very proud of my team that they continue to give exceptional patient centred care. I hope you are making a good recovery after your surgery.
