(as the patient),

x-ray department at Lincoln county hospital today, excellent service lots of people waiting but dealt with promptly with care and consideration, little child with learning difficulties dealt with so sweetly and kindly by the reception staff. brilliant.  could have not asked for better. well done Lincoln, as usual.
