(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Whilst being here for 2 years I don’t think I’ve got any better. I liked working before as a plasterer which I did for 10 years. It was an achievement to finish plastering a wall which I miss now having that sense of achievement.

Without knowing which pathway you are speaking of experience in, it is difficult to give a more personalised response. If you want more information please speak to your care coordinator or patient experience team, and if you want to update you patient opinion feedback with your pathway or ward, then you should be able to have a more in-depth response.
